You identified options and laid things out in a way that my mother could grasp – albeit reluctantly, and not without a fair bit of grumbling! You helped as you could with deciphering her financial situation, and you remained steadfast in your mission of being her advocate, as you threaded the needle of a complex family situation. I want to take a moment to thank you for all of the support you have provided to me for several years of caring for my parents, and particularly my mother. Helping my parents live as full lives as possible during their decade of precipitous decline, due to their dementias and other health issues, has been an arduous task. Without your help, I don't think I would have made it this far. You have helped steer me through so many bumpy places, such as getting my father away from cars and moving my parents to AL. I appreciate, so much, your being available at odd times and whenever I need you.

Thanks so much for your email, and for your understanding during this difficult period. Our Care Manager played such a key role in taking care of my mom. That allowed my sister and me to maintain our own lives and a level of sanity that would not have been possible. You have all played such an important role and I am so grateful to your team.

I want to thank you for the incredible support you offered to me over the past ten years. Without your ongoing support, I don’t know how I would have made it through caring for my parents. The expertise each of you brings to your work benefited my parents and their quality of life. Your understanding of the challenges of caring for them and your ability to offer targeted guidance and options when crises arose carried me through the roller coaster ride of the past years. Just wanted to let you know that Life Care Advocates has provided incredible services for my client. The LCA Care Manager has been so helpful, super responsive and very respectful of the client’s budget. The elder and our client, his son, would truly be at a loss if wasn’t for the work that LCA has done.
