Senior Life Care Manager

With over 15 years of experience, Gina Haddad is a compassionate and highly skilled Senior Life Care Manager. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with older adults and their families in both community and healthcare settings, helping them navigate complex life transitions.

Prior to joining Life Care Advocates, Gina was a social worker in the rehabilitative services unit at Hebrew Senior Life at Newbridge on the Charles, where she specialized in discharge planning and coordinating access to community resources. Her expertise also extends to hospice care, having worked as a social worker for Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care, supporting families through end-of-life decisions and care.

Gina’s background also includes her role as a caseworker at BayPath Elder Services, where she provided essential resources and support to elders in their homes, ensuring they could age with dignity and security.

Gina is an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College. She is also a Certified Advanced Social Work Care Manager, further solidifying her qualifications and commitment to providing the highest level of care for older adults.

In her free time, Gina enjoys playing and coaching basketball and is an avid reader.
