Anna Pollard, LICSW
Director of Clinical Services
Anna has been the Director of Clinical Services at LifeCare Advocates since 2015, after working as a Life Care Manager since 2006. As Director of Clinical Services, Anna supervises our Life Care Managers and is an active participant of the Management Team.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services from Northeastern University, and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Salem State University, with a Concentration in Older Adults.
Anna has 30+ years of experience with older adults in a variety of community health and hospital settings; her inspiration for working with this population is the relationships she experienced with her grandparents and great-aunt, seeing them as active and engaged well into their elder years!
She enjoys sharing her experience, knowledge, guidance and leadership with our Life Care Managers, helping them to support and guide their clients and client support systems.
Anna is an Advanced Professional member of the Aging Life Care Association (ALCA), is a past certified care manager with the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and maintains her current certification through the National Academy of Certified Care Managers (NACCM).
Anna extends her commitment to supporting older adults as Facilitator and Co-Facilitator of Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Groups and as Secretary of the Board of Directors of Better Day Adult Social Day Program in Marlborough, MA.
Anna enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and skiing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, reading, and singing/experiencing music and dance.
